$450 million portfolio

Led the takeover, rehab and disposition of a $450 million portfolio of multifamily assets. The assets were  spread over four major markets: Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. Property management teams were brought in at every level of the transaction to ensure a smooth and orderly takeover. Coordinated with all third parties and kept all parties up to date on the most pertinent information. Full transparency was a must and all parties had full and open lines of communication throughout. The portfolio was finally sold at a significant profit.

Apartments

Led the acquisition and onboarding of a $100 million portfolio of multifamily assets. The six assets were located in and around the Houston metropolitan area. Coordinated with all third parties to ensure a smooth and efcient due diligence, takeover, closing, and rehab. The assets were systematically refinanced to take advantage of strong and favorable capital markets and return equity to investors 80% quicker than originally expected.

Office

Led the acquisition and onboarding of a 200,000 sf office building.  The property was underperforming in its submarket both in rents and occupancy.  A rehab effort was undertaken to bring the building up to modern, and efficient, standards that were market leading at the time.  The business plan was executed accordingly with an aggressive timeframe and came in under budget. The building was repositioned in the market and achieved the anticipated increased rents and occupancy.
